The youngest player was Pele who was just 17 year old when Brazil won its first titles in 1958 at Sweden.The oldest player was Dino Zoff was 40 year old he led Italy to victory in 1982 at Spain.

It official mascots was the 1966 World cup, hosted  and won by the England named  Willie.

It official mascots for the subsequent game were Juanito ( a boy)

At Mexico in 1970, Tip and Top at Germany in 1974, Gauchito T Argentina 1974 .
